Gap Year for Grown Ups now offer a range of exciting new sports projects.

Develop your skills in a range of sports on a sports academy programme, work as a volunteer coaching a sport you are passionate about or get active on one of our sports expeditions.

Coach Sport Sports Voluntary Work Projects
Give something back by teaching sport as a volunteer.
You can coach football, hockey or rugby. Our sports coach volunteer projects span Africa, Asia and South America.
Sports Academy Sports Training
Learn a sport or develop your existing skills in your favourite sport.
Our sports training programmes include a Golf Academy programme in Australia and a fantastic Scuba Diving programme in Honduras.
Sports Expeditions Sport Expeditions
Combine sport related voluntary work and adventure travel for a thrilling expedition and the best of career break experiences.
Choose from Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Mozambique.

Spanish Language school, South America
